Privacy Policy

This policy explains how JD's Lone Wolf Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information on jdslonewolfstudio.com (this "Site"). This is a marketing site — it has no accounts, no sign-up, and no payments — so it collects very little.

1. Scope

This policy covers this website only. Personal information you provide inside the Invorro application — your account details, time entries, clients, and invoices — is governed by the Invorro Privacy Policy, which is more detailed and specific to that product.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

The only way to submit information through this Site is by emailing us at the addresses we publish. If you do, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write in the message. There are no forms on this Site.

Information collected automatically

This Site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Like any web server, it records standard request logs when a page is served:

• IP address
• Browser type and user-agent string
• Page requested and the time of the request
• Referring URL, if your browser sends one

We use these logs only for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing problems. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.

What we do not collect

• No accounts, passwords, or payment details are collected on this Site
• No analytics platform, advertising network, or social media tracking pixel is loaded
• No behavioural profiling or cross-site tracking

3. Cookies

This Site sets no cookies. There is nothing to consent to and nothing to opt out of. Note that the Invorro application does use essential cookies for authentication; those are described in the Invorro Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above to:

• Respond to your emails and support enquiries
• Keep the Site secure and available
• Diagnose technical problems
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use it for advertising, and we do not send marketing email to addresses that simply wrote to us with a question.

5. Service Providers

Two third parties process data on our behalf in connection with this Site:

• Firebase Hosting (Google) — serves the Site and keeps standard server logs. See the Firebase Data Processing Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — the Site loads the Inter typeface from Google's font CDN, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google receives your IP address. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Email you send us is received through our mail provider and stored in our inbox.

6. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

We do not sell or rent personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies, and we have not done so.

We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property — or those of our users or the public.

7. Our Products

Invorro, our time tracking and invoicing application, collects considerably more information because it must in order to work — account details, client records, time entries, invoices, and payment status via Stripe. All of that is described in the Invorro Privacy Policy, including how long each category is retained and how to export or delete your data.

Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.

8. Data Retention

• Server and access logs: retained approximately 90 days, then discarded.
• Email correspondence: retained as long as needed to handle your enquiry and keep a record of it, then deleted on request.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email hello@jdslonewolfstudio.com. We respond within 45 days. For data held inside the Invorro app, use the process in the Invorro Privacy Policy.

10. Data Security

This Site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled. We follow reasonable safeguards to protect the limited information we hold. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against every threat.

11. International Visitors

We operate from the United States, and information described in this policy is processed there. If you are visiting from outside the US, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

12. Children's Privacy

This Site and our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted here with a revised date at the top. Material changes will be made clear.
